Alistair McDowall was one of the winners of the 2011 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting and his play BRILLIANT ADVENTURES is currently in development at the Royal Exchange Theatre for performance next season.

Here, Alistair talks to Suzanne Bell, the Royal Exchange Theatre’s New Writing Associate, about his journey as a playwright, his process, and about his experience of entering the Bruntwood Prize.
