This opportunity is open to all BPoC artists with African/Caribbean heritage based in Scotland, who are dancers/movers, as well as those working with dancers/movers. You should not be in full-time education and have some professional experience(but early-career artists are still welcome to apply).

The Artist Group is a new project for four (4) artists to meet, share experiences and ideas. They will work together to design and plan a project of their choosing.

The Artist Group is a 7-months long, paid opportunity for four (4) selected artists to meet, share experiences and ideas and work together to design, plan, produce and deliver an artist-led project of their choosing.

The Artist Led Project outcome is open and it is about giving artists some seed funding to start an activity together. Through conversations during meetings in Stages 1 & 2 are about giving space for artists to think and start the initial planning or depending on scale to deliver a project based on their needs and desires and of who they want to work with and reach.

Fee: £1,200 (based on 6 meetings at £200 per day)
