Moderation

The Bruntwood Prize for Playwrighting website aims to be a robust resource for writers, including promoting opportunities and events and offering news and learning resources of use to playwrights. We also want to give opportunities for readers to discuss content we publish, or debate issues. However, we want to ensure this platform is inclusive and safe and so moderate all comments before publishing. Moderation will take place within working hours.

Please act with consideration for other writers and commenters. There are a few guidelines which we expect all commenters to abide by;

  • We welcome debate, but any personal attacks will not be tolerated.
  • We will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or other forms of hate-speech, or contributions that could be interpreted as such.
  • We will remove or respond to any content that may put us in legal jeopardy.
  • We will remove any posts that are obviously commercial or spam.
