Since 2001 London Comedy Writers has existed as a community of sketch and sitcom writers who meet every other Tuesday evening above a pub in London Bridge to table read and constructively critique each other’s scripts.

All are welcome and the meetings are free to attend. The only criteria for having your sitcom or sketch read is that you must attend at least one of our in-person meetings before submitting material. This is both to support our other members and so you know what you’re letting yourself in for!
